As health and fitness content grows in popularity across social media, many creators have jumped to TikTok to diversify their audience and develop new income streams from deals with advertisers. 

Popular US CrossFit influencer Demi Bagby ranks among the leaders of the pack, with almost 13 million followers. Her TikTok videos display a huge range of styles — from flexing her Parkour skills, to training in the boxing ring — fetch an average of 14 million likes each time she posts.

Other fitness influencers making waves on TikTok include Dutch calisthenics coach Antonie Lokhorst, Cassey Ho, who runs the popular pilates YouTube channel Blogilates, and Chloe Ting – the influencer whose #chloetingchallenge reached millions during the 2020 pandemic.

These are the top 29 TikTok fitness influencers on TikTok, ranked by average likes per post.

(Methodology: This list was compiled using a recent database published by British electronics retailer Currys PC World, which outlined the biggest health and fitness stars on social media. For the TikTok ranking, Currys PC World’s researchers sourced the most-followed creators from Influencer Marketing Hub, as well as recent lists from Women’s Health and Bustle on the best fitness influencers to follow. The data was collected between January 4 and January 6, 2021. The fitness influencers included here all had to meet Currys’ requirment of posting a significant amount of fitness and health videos, as well as not falling into the category of a professional athlete.)

28. Eyal Booker (@eyalbooker) – 256,500 likes per post

 

Former “Love Island” contestant turned fitness influencer Eyal Booker’s TikTok features a mix of personal life videos and workout tips. His fitness videos mainly focus on body weight exercises that his 260,000-plus followers can do at home

Recent brand partnerships on his TikTok include promoting Sonny Fodera and Ella Eyre’s 2020 single Wired. Booker posts the bulk of his sponsored posts in Instagram, where he has recently worked with British satellite TV service Sky TV.

Booker also runs an online coaching program, Empower by Eyal. Users gain access to Booker’s app of the same name, with custom workout and meal plans.  

 

27. Lazar Angelov (@lazar_angelov) — 259,400 likes per post

 

Fitness influencer, personal trainer and former bodybuilder Lazar Angelov’s TikTok features gym and lifestyle content, though the account has been inactive since October 2020. 

While he doesn’t post to TikTok very often, his Instagram is kept up to date for his 5.7 million followers with fitness shots and more recently, a collaboration with Dominos Pizza. 

Lazar Angelov also has his own app, – Lazar Angelov Fitness Academy ‬–  which helps users with home and gym workouts, including personal monthly consultations with Angelov himself. Subscriptions cost between $14.99 and $39.99.

He also sells fitness supplements under the brand name Lazar Angelov Nutrition.

 

26. Kayla Iutzwig (@kaylaiutzwig) — 278,800 likes per post

 

American fitness influencer and student Kayla Iutzwig uses her platform of more than 280,000 TikTok followers to give practical gym advice, and also to refute eating disorder-related content she sees on the app. 

While her TikTok focuses on health and fitness, she takes a more lifestyle and fashion approach to Instagram, posting outfit shots there.

She is also one half of sister singing duo Wildfire with her sister Kelli. 

 

25. Stefana Avara (@defining.fitness) — 279,900 likes per post

 

Fitness influencer and personal trainer Stefana Avara has worked with brands like Body Armour and Revlon while studying for her master’s degree in sports administration at Ohio University. 

Her TikTok features regular workout videos, such as her series “Hot Girl Summer,” and she often answers questions from her followers, such as “How do I engage my core?.”

She has a Facebook community group that costs $15 to join, and currently works on an affiliate basis with Bun Bands resistance bands, FabFitFun subscription boxes, and smoothie delivery service Daily Harvest. 

24. Rebecca Louise (@rebeccalouisefitness) — 281,700 likes per post

 

UK-raised fitness influencer Rebecca Louise moved to California in 2011 where she has built her fitness business.  She has a book, “It Takes Grit”, a podcast, a fitness app called “BTES,” and health plans.

Her TikTok features practical workout advice, including titles such as “Want to tone your arms? Do these weightless exercises” and “How to stay motivated to exercise everyday”.

She largely uses the account, which has amassed more than 280,000 followers, to promote her own products.

23. Pernilla Stryker (@pernillastryker) — 288,600 likes per post

 

Fitness influencer and instructor Pernilla Stryker’s TikTok is home to a range of workout videos and recipe guidance, often centered around Stryker’s core muscle aesthetics. 

She is also a model and dancer signed to the WILHELMINA talent agency. Through her Workout With Pernilla program she sells workout and meal prep guides, priced between $19.99 and $60.

Her TikTok brand collaborations include work with Drink Hydrant and Hope Fitness Gear.

22. Lauren Drain (@laurendrainfit) — 352,800 likes per post

 

Registered nurse and personal trainer Lauren Drain posts workout and lifestyle videos on her TikTok account with 350,000 followers.

Before being known for her fitness journey, she published the 2013 book “Banished” about her life as a former member of the Westboro Baptist Church. 

She sells custom fitness programs on her website, which cost between $399 and $479, and meal plans and workout guides, priced between $40 and $80. 

21. Ingrid Macher (@adelgaza20) — 366,800 likes per post

 

Former bikini competitor and personal trainer Ingrid Macher posts health tips and recipe videos on her TikTok, where she has built a following of more than 400,000. 

Macher runs weight loss program “Fabulosa & Fit,”, which she claims has helped more than 10,000 women.

Her 28day challenge program costs $99, discounted from it’s original price of $799. 

 

20. Caleb Marshall (@thefitnessmarshall) — 383,300 likes per post

 

Caleb Marshall is a fitness instructor who posts a range of fitness videos and challenges on TikTok, as well as regular comedy and lifestyle content. His workouts emphasize dance and movement.

Marshall launched Active Booty at the end of 2020, a fitness clothing brand for “every booty,” with sizes ranging between XS-3X, and prices falling between $34 and $50. 

Membership of his YouTube gives viewers access to 60-minute live workouts. Marshall has previously partnered with camera brand Canon and fast food chain Panda Express on TikTok.

19. Johannes Bartl (@johannesbartl) — 394,600 likes per post

 

Austrian fitness influencer Johannes Bartl keeps his TikTok account largely comedy and lifestyle focused. He posts more regular fitness content on his YouTube and Instagram accounts.

A crossfit and personal trainer, Bartl sells workout plans on his website for between $20 and $80 one off payments, as well as his “Body By Bartl” ongoing membership at $15 a month. Members to “Body By Bartle” gain access to weekly coaching and have access to Bartl’s own personal training regime. 

Through his Instagram, he works on an affiliate basis with cryptocurrency exchange platform Binance.

18. Pamela Reif (@pamela_rf) — 399,900 likes per post

 

German fitness influencer Pamela Reif isn’t a regular TikTok user — her account has been inactive since May 2020. Her last posts were workout videos featuring American pop singer Jason Derulo.

Despite the inactivity, her account has amassed more than 400,000 followers and 1.9 million likes, largely due to her fanbase on other social media apps. Her Instagram has notched up more than 7.4 million followers and her YouTube account has more than 6 million subscribers. 

Reif founded Naturally Pam at the end of 2020, selling “natural and organic” snacks, and she also published a cookbook, “You Deserve This,” in February 2020, retailing at $24. Her app, Pam Fitness and Food, ranks 194th in the Apple food and drink downloads chart. 

 

 

17. Chloe Ting (chloe_t) — 525,200 likes per post

 

Australian YouTuber and fitness influencer Chloe Ting has found success with her popular workout series, including her “Two week shred,” which trended on TikTok during the initial 2020 lockdown. 

She’s only posted five times on TikTok in total and hasn’t posted since June 2020, but has still managed to notch up 1.3 million likes across that small handful of videos. 

Ting sells resistance bands on her website – $49 for a set of three – alongside her popular free workout programs. 

16. Maria Vania (@mariavaniamv) – 533,200 likes per post

 

Indonesian television presenter and fitness influencer Maria Vania is possibly best recognized for hosting TV programs “Daily Sports”, “Between Us,” and “Destination Brazil,” alongside her popular workout videos and social media presence.  

Her TikTok account mainly features comedic fitness videos — a recent video with over 2 million views shows Vania spontaneously dancing at a squat rack rather than using it to train, for example— as well as behind-the-scenes insights into her television career.

15. Steve Prince (@steveprince.fit) — 543,500 likes per post

 

American trainer Steve Prince is known on TikTok for his gym humor and sketch videos, workout advice, and client transformations.

His at-home workout program costs $15, and his weight training guide cost $25. 

He’s a Rawgear athlete, featuring the brand in his “Life of a sponsored athlete” videos where he models various items from the fitness brand. Prince also sells his own apparel on his website, with items ranging from $10 to $50.

 

14. Jen Selter (@jenselter) — 550,600 likes per post

 

Jen Selter is a fitness influencer who originally found recognition on Instagram and is considered the trailblazer of the “belfie” trend, where posters share images of their glute muscles. 

Selter is an instructor with FitPlan, an online coaching program where customers can choose from a range of trainers at a cost of $96 a year, or $22 a month. Since 2016 Selter has run a Facebook community of over 30,000 users, “Jen Selter Fam,” attached to her training work. 

Selter’s TikTok features recipe videos and fitness solutions for working out without a gym. Recent collaborations have included partnerships with energy drink company Celsius and blender brand BlendJet.

 

13. Meg Boggs (meg.boggs) — 574,800 likes per post

 

Fitness influencer and powerlifter Meg Boggs uses TikTok to show the importance of strength and body inclusivity when it comes to the fitness industry. Her content — often posted using the hashtag #fitnessforeverybody — centers on wellness, motherhood and lifestyle.

Boggs has worked with Under Armour, helping the brand to be more inclusive in its representation of plus-size athletes, and she has recently collaborated with clothing brand Athleta on TikTok. 

Boggs has written a book, “Fitness for Every Body,” which is set to be published by Simon and Schuster in April 2021. 

12. Sophie Van Oostenbrugge (@gainsbybrains) — 663,800 likes per post

 

Sophie Van Oostenbrugge is a Dutch fitness influencer, Gymshark athlete and Women’s Best ambassador.

Her TikTok account features workout ideas and tips for building muscle, as well as her “Go to the gym with me” series where she helps guide her followers on what to do while in the gym.

Van Oostenbrugge runs “Gains by Brains,” a fitness platform selling resistance bands at $23, fitness guides, challenges, and a free-to-use macro calculator. 

 

11. Anna Lewandowska (@annalewandowska) — 702,600 likes per post

 

Former athlete and fitness influencer Anna Lewandowska previously represented Poland in karate at world, European and national level before finding success with her popular social media channels.

Her TikTok account gives her followers insight into her personal life. She often posts content with her husband and children, as well as a look at her fitness schedule. 

She founded Healthy Plan by Ann, a diet and exercise app  that costs between $10 and $20 per month. According to her website, the app has more than 700,000 downloads. 

Lewandowska has also launched affiliated brands Food by Ann and Baby by Ann. 

10. Shanna Kress (@shannakressofficiel) — 758,500 likes per post

 

French reality TV personality turned fitness influencer Shanna Kress was originally known for her television work between 2012 and 2018, when she starred in her own show with then-boyfriend Thibault Garcia, “Thibault & Shanna.” 

She now posts regular workout videos, recipe content, and shares her personal life through her TikTok videos. Recent collaborations include partnerships with teeth whitening company BBryance, and fitness equipment brand Naycia Sport.

In 2020, Kress she released her debut single, “Memories”.

 

9. Jennifer Tavernier (@minneninja) — 1 million likes per post

 

Jennifer Tavernier is a fitness instructor who previously appeared on “American Ninja Warrior” between 2016 and 2018. 

On her TikTok, which has 1 million followers, she regularly posts abdominal workout videos, takes on planking challenges, and suggests workouts that her followers can do with a partner.

Her “Pull up program” costs $8 a week, and includes an introductory Zoom call with Tavernier and the option for a personalized meal plan, alongside “24/7 email support.” 

 

8. Sergio Peinado (@sergiopeinadotrainer) – 1,193,000 likes per post

 

Sergio Peinado is a popular Spanish fitness influencer and trainer. He is an instructor with Fuertafit and Fuertadance, where he leads online training programs costing his followers $357 a year. 

His TikTok features educational videos where Peinado answers health and fitness questions, such as, “How do you lower abdominal fat?” – a video with 2 million views.

Peinado also works with My Protein as an ambassador.

 

7. Ru, The Little Beast (@the.littlebeast) — 1.3 million likes per post

 

Ru, known as “The Little Beast,” is an elite powerlifter with a strength-focused TikTok account. Outside of fitness and social media, she works in finance as a consultant. 

Ru’s TikTok showcases practical gym advice. Her message is to encourage women to take up heavy lifting in the gym, often posting under the hashtag #womenwholift.

Ru also partners with EHPlabs to promote their training supplements. 

6. Bradley Martyn (@bradleymartyn) — 1.4 million likes per post

 

Competitive bodybuilder, gym owner, and fitness influencer Bradley Martyn is known for his motivational TikTok advice videos and popular YouTube account.

Martyn also owns the Zoo Culture gym, based in Woodland Hills, California. 

He recently been posting fitness videos with popular TikToker Noah Beck, which feature items from Martyn’s online store, Raw Gear, where he sells men’s fitness clothing and accessories. He also sells fitness guides such as “Power Bodybuilding: Lean Bulk” and “Get Shredded: Complete Program,” priced around the $43 dollar mark.

5. Ulisses Williams Jr. (@ulissesworld) – 2 million likes per post

 

Ulisses Williams Jr., a 45-year-old American bodybuilder, is known for his practical fitness advice. His “Learn on TikTok” series talks followers through how to work out at the gym and his career as a bodybuilder where he won multiple Musclemania competitions.

Through a collaboration with BioTechUSA Williams sells health supplements on his website, priced between $24 and $69, as well as an extensive range of workout clothing items. 

“Although I do a lot of lifestyle stuff on my TikTok, I always have some sort of fitness element in there,” he told Men’s Health in 2020.

 

4. Cassey Ho (@blogilates) – 2.3 million likes per post

 

Fitness influencer and pilates instructor Cassey Ho has run Blogilates, her pilates-focused YouTube channel, since 2009.

In 2017, Ho was listed in Time’s list of the 25 most influential people on the internet.

She now regularly posts advice videos on TikTok, from “3 stretches to release stress” to “Can you make potato chips in the microwave?” She sets challenges for her followers, most recently her “21 day January 2021” challenge where she encouraged her followers to workout 21 minutes a day for 21 days.

Recent TikTok partnerships include collabs with clothing brand Free People and technology company Logitech, as well as launching a collection of exercise equipment with Target in late 2020. Ho is the designer and CEO of POPFLEX Active, her fitness wear brand.

 

3. Juju Fitcats (@jujufitcats) — 3,600,600 likes per post

 

French fitness influencer Justine Becattini, who goes by the name JuJu Fitcats, first rose to prominence in 2017 with her involvement in the “Miss InShape” competition, a fitness competition led by French YouTuber, Tibo InShape.

She uses her TikTok to post comedy and lifestyle videos, hitting millions of views consistently. A video of her lip syncing on an airplane hit over 30 million views. 

Through her website she sells a range of clothing items, ranging in cost from $7 for a pencil case, to hooded jumpers at $47. Her YouTube channel has over 2.5 million subscribers, where the bulk of her fitness content is posted.

 

2. Antonie Lokhorst (@antonielokhorst) – 4.4 million likes per post

 

Dutch fitness coach and influencer Antonie Lokhorst, 22, first rose to TikTok fame in 2018 when he began posting fitness challenges and airwalk videos. 

In 2018 he started working with gymwear company GymShark, regularly promoting the brand on his account. More recently he’s signed with Body & Fit, a Netherlands-based fitness company, as one of its athletes.

He also has a fitness guide, “The Transformation Program,” for sale at €149,99 on his website.

While his TikTok account seems to have quitened down, having only posted once in February 2021, his videos still consistently reach more than 100,000 views and 20,000 likes. 

 

1. Demi Bagby (@demibagby) — 14 million likes per post

 

CrossFit athlete and social media influencer Demi Bagby, 20, tops the list with 14 million average likes per TikTok post.

In a 2014 accident, Bagby broke her back and faced using a wheelchair for the rest of her life. While rehabilitating from her injury she decided to try CrossFit, telling Greatest Physiques, “I saw videos of people online doing CrossFit, and calisthenics, and all these fun kind of workouts, and I told myself if I was ever able to walk again that I’d be determined to [do it].”

One of her most popular posts, showing her completing an assault course whilst training to be a marine,  has notched up over 166 million views and 21 million likes.

Bagby also founded Rep Wax, a chalk alternative used for extra grip while training.
